Business growth isn’t just theory for me. It is something I have lived from every angle.

I’ve been in the C Suite, built businesses, scaled businesses, helped turn around businesses, and rebuilt my own when things didn’t go according to plan.

That matters because the leaders I advise aren't dealing with theoretical business problems. They're making real decisions with real stakes: Growth decisions, hiring decisions, positioning decisions, operational decisions, and decisions about what the next version of the business needs to become.

My path to becoming a business advisor wasn’t linear, and that’s exactly what makes my perspective different.

Before launching my own companies, I built a varied corporate career spanning industries from hospitality to consulting to healthcare and beyond. It spanned positions from Operations, HR, Business Development, Client Delivery & Satisfaction, Marketing and more. That cross-industry and cross-role experience gave me a deep understanding of how different businesses operate, where they break down, and what it takes to scale them successfully.

I’ve been a partner in multiple businesses and have worked inside organizations in the C-Suite at every stage of growth. One of the defining chapters of my career was helping build a specialty practice within a national consulting firm from 35 employees to more than 250, while growing revenues from just a few million dollars to over $50 million.

But my most valuable lessons didn’t come only from growth.

They came from struggle.

When I launched my own business, things started strong and then they unraveled. Revenue dropped. The business stalled. And I had to make a decision: retreat, or rebuild.

I rebuilt. Through strategy, grit, reinvention, and a willingness to make hard changes, I brought the business back to life and grew it into a multi-million-dollar group of companies.

That experience changed how I advise leaders.
